Teaching
Avyayi teaching is the teacher mode of Avyayi.
A teaching and consulting practice for leaders, families, and organisations. In the working life — how we lead, decide, raise children, carry pressure — the self is something that can be examined, steadied, and remade; this is where the teaching does its work. The books press further, to where that self dissolves and the question turns apophatic. The teaching stays, deliberately, where the remaking is real and useful.
We work less by instruction than by setting conditions: questions before answers, relationship before transaction, the structured room in which a group thinks something through and arrives where no one could have arrived alone. We do not promise outcomes. We prepare the ground.

Led by Anil B. Ankulkar — M.Tech (Mechanical Engineering), with more than thirty years in management and development. He brings the engineer’s eye for pattern and the householder’s sense of how a principle actually lands in a working life. His preferred response is not an answer but a better question.
